Accommodations

We have reserved single and double suites at the Burkshire Marriott Conference Hotel of Towson, Maryland which is a hotel located directly on campus. It is a very short walk to the meeting site and conference facilities. Each suite has a separate kitchen, living room, bathroom and private one or two separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has either a Queen or King size bed and there is a sofa in the living room that also opens into a double bed. To obtain discounted rates for this conference, all reservations and payments need to be made directly through the conference organizers. Do not make reservations directly with the hotel. We would like to receive hotel reservations by July 10, 2009 to guarantee an available suite. Sharing rooms is a cost effective mechanism for accommodations for this meeting. Parking is available at no cost within the hotel, however a car will not be necessary during the conference as all activities will take place on campus. Shuttle service can be arranged to the local Airport at Baltimore Washington International (BWI) airport or the train connection at Penn Station.
