To display a list of all genes that are induced in sample Anther_11 compared to Anther_10 with a fold change greater than or equal 5:
- Select Anther_10_11 from the Sample dropdown menu
- Select Induced from the Significance dropdown menu
- Select >=5 from the Fold Change dropdown menu.
- Hit Search button
