To compare the results of differential expression analysis that are done by DEGseq for two samples:

                 - Select MK2-OE from the Sample 1 dropdown menu
                 - Select MK2-RNAI from the Sample 2 dropdown menu
                 - Select the query for example, Induced in 1st and induced in 2nd

               (control_value: number of read counts in control, first_value: number of read counts in sample 1, second_value: number of read counts in sample 2 )
