To explore the results of genes which are differentially expressed in all RNAi samples or all over expression samples that are done by DEGseq: - Select "Over Expression Induced" from the Sample dropdown menu, then press Browse button - To lokeup for gene by gene ID, type geneID such as "Glyma01g42661" in the GeneID textbox, then press search button - To lokeup for gene by description, type " peroxidase" in the Description textbox, then press Search button
